Delivery and fees

Normally, online orders are prepared and delivered within 7 working days , excluding holidays.

Please note that orders placed after 4pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Delivery is offered in Canada only, depending on the weight of your order. The shipping cost and approximate delivery date are displayed directly at checkout.

Returns, exchanges and refunds

Stay Grounded guarantees the quality of its products.

Proof of purchase is required for all item return requests.

An exchange or refund is possible only in the case of a defect, and only within 7 days of receiving the order. After this period, items will no longer be eligible for exchange or refund. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original packaging and must not have been used.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
